  9. The version of the software you have has not been tested on a wide
  10. variety of machines. As it is, it is possible that the software may
  11. crash on your system. Please take the necessary precautions to prevent
  12. corruption of any data on your system. Also, as with any publicly pro-
  13. cured program, there exists the possibility that it has been sabotaged
  14. or infected with a "virus". Take all necessary precautions -- THE
  15. AUTHOR WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM THE USE
  16. OF THESE PROGRAMS.

  18. If the software performs poorly or fails to perform at all, I certainly
  19. can't expect you to register it. But if it interests you enough, then
  20. please send me the ff information.

  28. On my part, I will try to correct the problem and if successful, will
  29. attempt to contact you via your local BBS or via direct mail.

  31. For those of you who have more success with the software, please note
  32. that I am aware of several bugs within the program that may cause the
  33. program to terminate, but do not cause the system to hang up. These
  34. bugs will be addressed shortly and ONLY REGISTERED USERS will be in-
  35. formed of the fixes. This will hopefully encourage registration.
